Summer Simplicity

One of the things we loved about this house was the neighbors. Tonight we had dinner with Jennifer, Kevin and our mutual friend Millie. Our part included a simple dish...chocolate mint leaves from our herb garden, low acid yellow cherry tomatoes, sausage and cheese from our favorite Italian market all served on a bed of fresh grated parmesan cheese. The pewter dish is by Arte' Italica.
